Karen and Monique opened the doors of Buttons & Bows LA in the spring of 2012 in continuance of an already flourishing online resale business the two had established a few years previously. Featuring eclectic jewelry from some of the hottest designers to boot, everything is meticulously curated by the owners Karen Marley and Monique Aquino. BBLA's inventory completely mirrors the personal style and taste of both the owners. Karen, daughter of reggae legend Bob Marley, clearly identifies with his style in her choices of fun and eclectic styling. Monique, a Los Angeles bred fashionista carries an extensive retail background creating a perfect exotic fusion of the two. Buttons & Bows is not only a one of a kind boutique experience with great ambiance and a knowledgeable “au courant” staff but there's an ultimate mission to create an experience for its clients which leaves them feeling good.
